Pots, Pans and Utensils

Typical household pots, pans and utensils are all made of metal. This includes such items as large boiling pots, spatulas, ladles, spoons, knives and forks, which vary in metal from stainless steel to aluminum to copper. Frying pans, used for cooking at high temperatures on a stove, are most commonly made from stainless steel and aluminum. Sometimes copper will be used as a heat conductor to help pots maintain consistent heat.
